Should we make adjustments to customize the products you have, we recommend a brief follow up to know that you are on your way with great results. Your success may depend on the personalization of your product. For decades our customers have had great results when following up with our counselors, when needed. If after counseling and customizing the dosage it still appears to be unsatisfactory we will be glad to refund up to 50% of the cost of your products within the first 30 days of your purchase. 1) Call 800-711-JUDY (5839) to speak with a Customer Care Consultant for customization of your product and counseling.
2) and 3) If the counseling (or free samples) has not remedied your situation, you need to receive an RMA# (Return Material Authorization).
Please note All products will be returned to sender without RMA.
To ensure ongoing quality control we request you share the reason for your return on a note in the box with your counselors name is required.
Return package with written explanation, RMA# and the unused portion of the product in the original container with postage paid for proper credit.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days or on any exchanged or sale items.
Our nutritional products are meant to be used as dietary supplements. We therefore cannot guarantee any health outcome.
If a product is returned unopened or is refused for any reason we will deduct a 15% restocking fee and the shipping charges from any credit or exchange.
